How do I personalize my tumbler?

Choose your colour, then tap Customize. Add a name or short message (up to 18 characters), choose one of nine fonts, add an icon or letter graphic, or upload your own design, and check the live preview before adding it to your cart.

How long does personalization take?

Every personalized tumbler is made to order and ships in 3–6 business days.

Can I upload my own logo?

Yes. In the customizer you can upload a PNG, JPG, JPEG or SVG file (up to 10 MB). We'll contact you if your file needs adjusting.

How should I wash my tumbler?

Hand wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid the dishwasher, abrasive scrubbers and bleach to protect the finish and your personalization.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through secure Shopify Checkout. The available methods, such as cards and Cash on Delivery, are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000.

Can I return a custom tumbler?

Because personalized tumblers are made just for you, they can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
